Stay on Route 1 & 9 to the Pulaski Skyway and proceed over the Skyway. At the bottom of the ramp coming off the Skyway going toward the Holland Tunnel Toll Plaza (at the very first light) Jersey Avenue, turn right. Then immediately bear left up the ramp toward the Newport Centre Mall onto Newport Parkway. Proceed to the first light, Washington Blvd. Turn right.
