    Take Rt 8 north through Franklin approximately 20 minutes and at the third light in oil city turn right on centre, then turn right on Seneca and left into our parking lots. From 79 N, take 80 E. Get off at old exit 3 (Franklin/Oil City areaa0. Turn left off the ramp onto Rt. 8 N. Follow this through Franklin and into Oil City (about 45 min). At the 3rd light, turn right onto Center Street. Turn right onto Seneca St. and left into our parking lot. From old exit 3 (Franklin/Oil City area) turn left off ramp. Follow Rt 8 N through Franklin and into Oil City.
