Social media is a great place to get creative ideas, especially the use of twitter; you can always search for what people are twetting about in your niche topic of interest. Use this effectively and you can be sure of not only driving traffic organically but also producing topics that readers will always want to come back for more.
Engage with readers.
Don’t just assume or remain silent, speak directly with your people who visit your blog, engage with them in an answer and question post, you can use social media like facebook too, what are their challenges online, be the expert, set up polls this will go a long way in engaging with your readers.
Seek opinions from experts
Get to talk with your colleagues in your industry, form a round table discussion with your peers; believe me you’ll come up with a dozen ideas by doing this, you can also set up an interview with your colleagues.
You know how musicians come up with a song? They sit down or get to the studio and mime out some joint! Turn out the stuff becomes a hit song.
